As I say with body scrub, exfoliation is KEY.
Key to smoother, younger looking skin.
Key to improved blood circulation.
Key to decreased cellulite.
Key to preventing body acne/ingrown hairs.
Key to healthier skin all across the board.
We all know that our skin cells shed consistently, but what we may not know is that our skin needs a bit of assistance ridding itself of all the dead skin, to ensure that we don’t end up with dry flaking skin or clogged pores.
While my body scrub is an amazing way to get rid of dead skin, it is not the only way!
My personal favorite way to exfoliate just so happens to be using EXFOLIATING GLOVES!
Why? Lemme give you 3 reasons real quick..
1. Exfoliating gloves make it extremely easy to do! put a glove on each hand, add some soap or body wash and get to work.
2. They’re reusable. Let’s face it, scrub is expensive. So to be able to buy a pair of gloves that can last awhile cuts the cost of exfoliating down by...A LOT.
3. It doesn’t matter what type of skin you have, because everyone needs to exfoliate! Depending on your skin type, you’d just use the soap or body wash that works best for you!
